Sanhuai Hall is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

The hall faces south and has a total of five courtyards arranged from front to back, featuring a stage and side rooms, with an overall "T-shaped" layout. The first four courtyards have a combined width of 14.30 meters, while the fifth courtyard is 29.80 meters wide, with a total depth of 50 meters, covering an area of 1,500 square meters. In front of the first entrance hall is a pool, and there are flagpole stones by the entrance. It has a width of five bays, with a roof supported by five purlins on three pillars, featuring a front rolled shed and rear ceiling. The second courtyard houses a stage, with a width of three bays, and the roof is supported by eleven purlins. The central bay features a five-rafter beam with double steps in front and triple steps in the back, supported by four pillars. The second and third courtyards are flanked by corridors on both sides of the courtyard. The third courtyard has a roof supported by nine purlins, with the central bay featuring a five-rafter beam with double steps both front and back, supported by four pillars. The front porch roof connects with the main roof to form a double-pitched roof. The roofs of the third and fourth courtyards also connect; the pillars in the third and fourth courtyards are all spindle-shaped. The fourth courtyard shares the same roof structure as the third, and the side rooms on both sides of the courtyard between the fourth and fifth courtyards are two-story, double-eaved. The fifth courtyard is also double-eaved and two-story.

The architectural components of Sanhuai Hall, such as the pillars and beams, show distinct characteristics of their time, and the wood carvings are exquisitely crafted. Dating back approximately 400 years, the internal structure of the building remains intact, and its overall form is well preserved.

It was listed as a Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit on March 16, 2005, and included in the seventh batch of National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units in May 2013.
