The Cai Family Residence in Hengshan is located in Hengshan Town, Longyou County, and dates back to the Ming Dynasty.
On January 13, 2017, it was designated as part of the Seventh Batch of Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Heritage Protection Units by the People's Government of Zhejiang Province.
