Longtian Rosewood Town is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Longtian Rosewood Town is located in Caolong Village, Huzhen Town, Longyou County. Built around rosewood as its foundation, the town creates a cultural park showcasing traditional Chinese rosewood architecture while integrating traditional Chinese studies with rosewood culture to enhance visitors' appreciation of heritage.

Longtian Rosewood Town is a large-scale rosewood cultural industrial park project invested in and constructed by the NianNianHong Furniture (International) Group to seize the strategic opportunity proposed by the provincial government for creating and cultivating distinctive towns, thereby driving corporate transformation.

The project has been designed and built to the standards of a national 5A-level tourist attraction. It covers a total planned area of 3.5 square kilometers (including water areas), with a planned construction area of 2.6 million square meters. The projected investment is 8 billion yuan. To date, nearly 700,000 square meters have been completed, with nearly 3 billion yuan invested. In 2016, the site received over 2 million visitors.

As the main investor and developer, the town is primarily supported by the rosewood manufacturing industry and driven by the concept of integrating culture and tourism. It promotes the transformation and upgrading of the regional modern service sector, forming a unique area where production, living, and ecology coexist harmoniously. This achieves integration of landscape, town, and industry, constructing Zhejiang Province’s first batch of distinctive towns that unify furniture manufacturing, tourism and leisure, cultural creativity, commercial services, and ecological living — aiming to create the world’s only rosewood-themed town.

Through film, performance, traditional Chinese studies education, and cultural festivals, it emphasizes differentiated cultural development to achieve the inheritance and innovation of a new spirit of traditional learning.
