Zhuangli Village: Located in the southern part of the county, Zhuangli Village in Heping Town borders Biminqiao Village to the east, Shiquan Village to the west, Shijia Village to the north, and Heping Village and Xingang Village to the south. The Changhe Highway runs through the village, making it a typical plain soil-hilly area settlement. The village administers 14 natural villages and 29 villager groups, with 670 households, a total population of 2,554, and 53 Party members. The village covers an area of 14.2 square kilometers.
