The Nan Yu Qian Residence is a cultural heritage site protected at the county level in Changxing County.

The Nan Yu Qian Residence is located in Nanyu Natural Village, Panlinan Village, Xiaopu Town, Changxing County. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is classified as an ancient building.

In August 2003, the Nan Yu Qian Residence was designated as a county-level cultural heritage protection unit.

Panlinan Village: Located within the "Ten-Mile Ancient Ginkgo Corridor" in the Bashu and Shanxin areas of Xiaopu Town, Changxing County, Panlinan Village lies beside the tranquil Shili River, embraced by verdant mountains and crystal-clear waters. The village boasts a rich historical and cultural heritage, with many well-preserved ancient buildings that are hundreds or even thousands of years old, offering a serene and picturesque environment.

The total area of the village spans 6 square kilometers, encompassing 1,724 mu of arable land and 13,540 mu of forested land. The village comprises six natural hamlets: Panjia Village, Lijia Village, Nanyu Village, Longwangkou, and Sanjiaxi, with a total of 80 villager groups.
