The Shangsi'an Wharf site is a cultural heritage conservation unit of Changxing County.

The site of the Shangsi'an Wharf is located in Shangsi'an Natural Village, Xinlian Village, Sian Town, Changxing County. It dates from the Tang Dynasty to the modern era and is classified as an ancient site.

In September 2015, the Shangsi'an Wharf site was designated as a county-level cultural heritage conservation unit.

Xinlian Village: Located in the western part of Sian Town, Xinlian Village is 2 kilometers from the town center. It borders Zhongsian Street to the east, Xianshan Lake to the west, Xianshan Village to the south, and Taiping and Chukang villages to the north. The old National Highway 318 runs through the village area, and Provincial Highway 12 connects to the main village roads. The village is strip-shaped, distributed on both sides of Shangsi'an Street, and situated in a plain area.

The village covers an area of 1.74 square kilometers and has 1,598 mu of arable land, including 61 mu of dry land and 250 mu of ponds. It comprises 3 natural villages and 9 villager groups, with a total of 503 households and 1,758 residents. In 2012, the per capita income was 17,873 yuan, and the village collective economy...
