Longshan Kiln Site

The Longshan Kiln Site is a Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Heritage Protection Unit.

The Longshan Kiln Site (including the Jingzhuguan Kiln Site and Paifanggou Kiln Site) is located in the natural villages of Jingzhuguan and Jinjibang, Shiyun Village, Lincheng Town, Changxing County. Dating back to the Shang and Zhou dynasties, it is classified as an ancient ruin.

In January 2011, the Longshan Kiln Site was designated as a provincial-level cultural heritage protection unit.

Shiyun Village: Introduction to Shiyun Village

The village governs 22 natural villages, 43 contracting groups, 1,020 households, and a population of 3,703 (including 2,430 laborers), with 89 Party members. It has 7,792 mu of arable land (including 7,198 mu of paddy fields), 5,000 mu of forested land, and 1,010 mu of fish ponds. It is well known for its abundant quartz stone resources, and its diverse landforms support a rich variety of agricultural products. In 2009, the per capita net income of farmers was 12,190 yuan, and the village collective economy generated 2.2613 million yuan in revenue.
