It is located at No. 212 Zhongshan North Road, Nanjing. - The Joint Rear Services Command Headquarters, abbreviated as the Joint Logistics Headquarters, was the office location for the Commander-in-Chief of the Joint Logistics Headquarters and various departments such as personnel, intelligence, services, supply, training, research and development, general affairs, inspection, and political work, as well as the Bureaus of Transportation and Engineering, and the Nanjing Supply Bureau. The site features six two-story Western-style reinforced concrete buildings with a total of 182 rooms, 39 single-story Western-style buildings with 123 rooms, 7 toilets, 11 kitchens, 3 laundry platforms, 1 oil depot, and 1 observation post with 5 rooms, totaling 328 rooms. After the liberation of Nanjing, this site has been in continuous military use to this day and was listed as a district-level cultural heritage protection unit in 1984.
