The former site of the headquarters of the East China Field Army Front Committee of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and the founding site of the Third Field Army is a Jiangsu Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

The former site of the headquarters of the East China Field Army Front Committee of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and the founding site of the Third Field Army is located within the compound of Tuanjie Kindergarten at No. 10 Tuanjie Road, Jiawang District. It is now a provincial-level cultural relics protection unit. During the Huaihai Campaign, this site once served as the headquarters of the East China Field Army Front Committee. On February 9, 1949, the East China Field Army was reorganized here into the Third Field Army of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.

On December 19, 2011, the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government announced it as part of the seventh batch of provincial-level cultural relics protection units.
