Pengzu Park is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Pengzu Park is located on Mapeng Mountain in the southern suburbs of Xuzhou City, covering an area of 520 acres. Originally an orchard, it was called the South Suburb Park during its initial planning in 1976

and was named the South Suburb Park at that time. As Xuzhou was historically known as the State of Great Peng, and Pengzu was a long-lived sage skilled in health cultivation and culinary arts, the park was renamed Peng Park during its expansion in 1984 to symbolize the long history and ancient civilization of Xuzhou. It was opened to the public in 1985.

Peng Park consists of five scenic areas and twenty-two attractions. The five scenic areas are the Animal Zone, Botanical Garden Viewing Area, Jingwu Lake Area, Amusement Area, and Forest Hill Area. The 22 attractions include: the East Main Gate, Zhuchun Garden, Sun-Moon Stone, Zhongde Hall, Rong’an Pavilion, Suoyun Pavilion, Hongqiao Longyin Stone Boat, Bijifeng Ningcui Waterside Pavilion, Guanding Bridge, Pengzu Stone Sculpture, Le Fu Le Tea House, Shoupeng Tea House, Shoupeng Restaurant, Little Red Flower Railway Station, Eight Immortals Stone, Dapeng Pavilion, Waterfowl Lake, Landscape Harmony, Water World, Pengzu Ancestral Hall, Stele Garden, and the newly built China-Japan Friendship Cherry Blossom Garden. The park has a total construction area of 17,527 square meters, water surface area of 17,000 square meters, and is a large comprehensive park that combines natural and cultural landscapes, focuses on animal and plant viewing, and integrates sightseeing with leisure.
