Shanghai Story Qianma Island Manor is located on Qianma Island within the Hongze Lake Wetland Reserve. It covers a land area of 1,300 acres and a water surface area of nearly 6,000 acres, stretching 4.7 kilometers from north to south and 300–500 meters from east to west. A three-star hotel has been built on the site, featuring 62 guest rooms and capable of serving 200 people for meals simultaneously. The island also has a water golf driving range. The second phase of construction is underway, with 42 European-style villas set to be completed within the year.
