In order to implement the spirit of provincial, municipal, and county directives regarding the rescue, preservation, and centralized relocation of scattered martyrs’ graves, and to establish a key site for Party members, cadres, and primary and secondary school students in Huangji to commemorate revolutionary martyrs and receive patriotic education, the former Huangji Town Party Committee and government began in 2009 to conduct a thorough survey of all scattered martyrs’ graves in the area. They signed the “Agreement on Centralized Burial of Martyrs’ Graves” with the relatives of the martyrs, and initiated the work of relocating the graves and constructing the “Huangji Shuangjian Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery.” Construction of the cemetery started in March 2011 and was completed in May 2011.

Huangji Shuangjian Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery is located in Shuangjian Village, Huangji Subdistrict, approximately 150 meters from the main road connecting Huangji Subdistrict to Fanji Town, making it very accessible. The cemetery covers an area of about 3 mu.

In the center of the cemetery stands a martyrs’ memorial monument, which has a total height of 8.1 meters. The base of the monument is square, measuring 3 meters on each side. The body of the monument faces south and features a red five-pointed star at the top. The front of the monument is inscribed with eight large black Wei-style relief characters reading “Revolutionary Martyrs Live Forever.”

To the north of the monument are 16 horizontal martyr graves, arranged in two rows of eight each from east to west. Among the 16 martyrs, 11 were from Huangji and 5 from Gaoliangjian. The square in front of the monument provides a space for people and students to pay their respects and sweep the graves. Greening pools are built on the west, south, and north sides, while a 4-meter-wide cement path, 150 meters long, runs along the east side, leading directly to the main road to the south.
