The Changning District Revolutionary Cultural Relics Exhibition Hall & the Former Site of the Editorial Office of "Bolshevik" is a patriotic education base.

The Changning District Revolutionary Cultural Relics Exhibition Hall was once the former site of the editorial office of "Bolshevik," an early central party publication. In October 1988, it was restored as the Changning District Revolutionary Cultural Relics Exhibition Hall and opened to the public.

The exhibition hall covers a construction area of 224 square meters, with exhibits divided into two areas: the first floor hosts the "Changning District Revolutionary Historical Materials and Sites Exhibition," while the second floor features a restored layout of the editorial office. The "Changning District Revolutionary Historical Materials and Sites Exhibition" focuses on introducing three municipal-level cultural relics protection units in Changning District: the former site of the "Bolshevik" editorial office, the former residence of Rewi Alley, and the former site of the Shanghai Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, aiming to commemorate martyrs and educate future generations.

The exhibition hall is open to the public free of charge and also provides free venue and support for activities such as coming-of-age ceremonies, Young Pioneers or Communist Youth League inductions, and Communist Party admission oath ceremonies for teenagers.
