Yingjie Tourist Scenic Area

Yingjie Tourist Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Since the planning of Bin County's Yingjie Scenic Area began at the start of the year, multiple meetings, site inspections, planning sessions, and evaluations have been conducted. It has now entered the full construction phase, sparking a wave of development and building enthusiasm. The scenic area covers a planned total area of 30 square kilometers, boasts profound historical and cultural significance, captivating landscapes, and abundant natural resources, providing uniquely favorable conditions for establishing a high-standard tourist scenic area. The plan is to utilize about three years to rely on the area’s natural and cultural resources, with Bin County Rongxing Real Estate Development Company as the main investor. According to the various standards of a national AAAA-level tourist area, comprehensive development and construction will be carried out to form an integrated demonstration zone combining landscape appreciation, leisure vacation, historical education, new rural housing, tourism real estate, and increased income for farmers. Major construction content for 2011 includes: first, the construction of a residential community, villa area, tourist hotel, and visitor center totaling 64,000 square meters for residents relocated from within the area; second, comprehensive environmental management and greening along the Lihu River; third, the development of distinctive scenic spots, including the iconic scenic area gate, remnants of the Anti-Japanese Allied Forces, bandit hideouts, and Japanese military camp sites; fourth, the construction of related infrastructure such as roads and parking lots; fifth, creating promotional materials, including publishing the illustrated poetry album “Scenery and Charm of La Township” and the anthology “Song of the Lihu River,” both of which have completed initial drafts and await final approval before official printing. The scenic area is expected to receive a total investment of 300 million yuan, with 180 million yuan planned for investment in 2011. Bin County has established a Yingjie Scenic Area Development and Construction Command, assigning capable personnel to coordinate and guide on-site efforts to ensure all construction work proceeds in an orderly manner.

As a well-known scenic destination in Bin County, Yingjie Scenic Area has received attention and anticipation from various levels of government and society since its inception. Located in the southwestern part of Bin County, it covers an area of 48,000 mu, is 60 kilometers from Harbin City and 27 kilometers from Bin County’s county town. Nestled among mountains, water, fields, gardens, forests, and greenery, it offers beautiful scenery, convenient transportation, and rich natural ecological resources.

Self-driving route: Harbin – Harbin–Tongjiang Expressway – Bin County exit – heading towards Erlongshan – Yingjie Hot Spring Town

Transportation: Departing from Harbin, take the Harbin–Tongjiang Expressway, exit at Binzhou, turn left towards Bin County town, where you’ll find scenic area signage. Drive forward 8 kilometers and look for a gate on the left marked “Yingjie Scenic Area.” Turn in, then continue for another 12 kilometers to reach the hot spring hotel.
