Huanlong Lake Manor is located in Shangji Town, 15 kilometers from the county seat, nestled along the picturesque Nuo'min River, covering an area of 350,000 square meters.

Legend has it that long ago, a dragon fell in love with this place and descended from the clouds. Its body turned into Banla Mountain, stretching for dozens of miles, its whiskers became the winding Nuo'min River, and its two eyes transformed into two ever-flowing springs on either side of the manor, forming a natural lake of modest size. Hence the name Huanlong Lake Manor.

Built between two natural lakes, Huanlong Lake Manor features perennially inhabiting black fish in its deep and calm waters, with an underwater current connecting the two lakes. The manor now offers activities such as rafting, hiking, swimming, forest bathing, sunbathing on the sandy beach, countryside sightseeing, fishing, and sampling local mountain delicacies. It plans to develop additional offerings including dog sledding, horse-drawn carts, alpine skiing, and ice skating on the river. A soon-to-be-built Folk Village will further establish Huanlong Lake Manor as a large-scale tourist destination integrating leisure vacations, sightseeing, folk culture exploration, and gatherings with friends.

Shangji Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Suileng County. In 1949, it was designated as the Third District, became Dongfeng Commune in 1958, renamed Shangji Commune in 1960, and was established as a town in 1984. Located in the southeastern part of the county on the southern bank of the Nuo'min River, it covers an area of 110 square kilometers with a population of 23,000. The Sui (ling) Qing (an) Highway passes through the town. It administers 14 village committees—Shangji, Tianfang, Ping’an, Fendou, Xinxing, Daxing, Hongqi, Minzu, Guodong, Beida, Daoxiang, Xingwang, Baotian, Nuo'min River—and four neighborhood committees.
