Northeast Lake Park is located in the northeastern part of Suileng County town, covering an area of 7.7 hectares. The park's overall layout consists of five scenic areas: the Martyrs' Cemetery, the lake surface, the children's playground, the green space east of the lake, the orchard, the stone forest, and horticulture. In 1998, the county government began investing in dredging and restoring the lake and building the park. After ten years of construction, with a cumulative investment of nearly 5 million yuan, the project completed 4,500 square meters of slate slope protection, 420 square meters of axe-cut stone steps, and two antique-style pavilions on the lake; laid 1,500 square meters of colored pedestrian walkways, 1,800 square meters of lakeside paths, 5 sculptures, one stone pavilion, one small fountain, four sets of stone tables and benches, imitation wooden benches, an imitation wooden gate, and more. The park also installed landscape lighting, arranged individual stones to form stone clusters, paved 1,700 square meters of shale board pathways, 600 square meters of weathered stone board perimeter paths, a 1,000-square-meter flamed stone plaza, 960 square meters of Jianxing red stone slabs, and created 11 hills. There are now over 2,000 trees of more than 20 species, including birch, linden, Korean pine, oak, five-lobed maple, peach, mountain peach chokeberry, and sugar maple. Additionally, 500 square meters of shaped trees have been planted. Flower varieties include salvia, petunia, dianthus, aster, marigold, zinnia, edelweiss, and lotus, among others. The lawn is planted with high-quality Kentucky bluegrass series seeds.

Recreational facilities include bumper cars, paddle boats, electric guns, and trampolines. Northeast Lake Park has become a green space where the water is clear, fish swim, birds sing, flowers bloom, offering greenery in spring, blossoms in summer, fruits in autumn, and evergreen foliage in winter. It is a comprehensive park that focuses on water features while integrating both land and water elements.
