Located 0.5 km east of Zhujia Tuozicun, Chaoyang Village, Chaoyang Township, Dehui County. It is 65 km northwest of Dehui County town. The stele stands 3.1 meters tall in total. The top of the stele is 0.9 meters high, 0.76 meters wide, and 0.22 meters thick. The main body of the stele is 1.72 meters tall, 0.73 meters wide, and 0.2 meters thick. The base is 0.16 meters high, 0.93 meters wide, and 0.55 meters thick.
