Shenyang Bitang Park

Bitang Park is situated on Changjiang Street in Huanggu District, Shenyang, and was first built in 1939. After the establishment of the People’s Republic of China, the city of Shenyang continually enhanced the park's management and infrastructure, steadily developing it into a major park within Huanggu District. From 1959 to 1964, the park saw the addition of walls, pavilions, and fountains; in 1979, three main entrances were built; in 1987, a children’s entertainment area was created, featuring six sets of swings, one slide, one set of astronaut vehicles, an electric mini train, electric mini cars, and a large overhead bicycle. For quite a long time, Bitang Park continued to enrich its offerings, eventually becoming a well-known landmark in Shenyang.
