Chengyuan Hot Spring Villa is located in the leisure area of western Dalian, far from the hustle and bustle of the city and with convenient transportation. The villa covers an area of over 400,000 square meters and boasts nearly 500,000 square meters of mountain forests.

The biggest highlight of Dalian Chengguo Hot Spring Villa is its unique hot spring water and mineral water. All drinking water at Chengyuan Hot Spring Villa is drawn from natural composite mineral water 410 meters underground. The hot spring water comes from 3,020 meters below ground, originating as deep ancient thermal springs hidden underground 700 million years ago. The water is rich in essential trace elements and minerals for the human body such as calcium, zinc, and magnesium.

The poetic and picturesque landscapes, ancient temples, and hot springs of the villa are truly captivating. As you enter the mountain gate, a refreshing breeze greets you, instantly making you feel physically and mentally invigorated and serene, as if you’ve stepped into a tranquil, rustic paradise.

Gazing into the distance, the villa is embraced by mountains, dense with trees and layered peaks — a truly splendid sight. Ancient pavilions are built along the mountains, surrounded by lush green hills and clear waters, with small bridges and flowing streams, and pavilions scattered across idyllic countryside scenery. Winding paths lead to secluded spots; as you walk up the mountain path, beautiful views unfold around you. From the observation deck, you can take in the rolling hills and crisscrossing valleys, with the entire beauty of the villa spread out before your eyes.

By the pavilions and lakes, visitors stroll leisurely. Stop by the lake and play in “Happy Valley,” where you may feel as though time has reversed and you’ve returned to childhood. Stroll along the lakeside fishing platforms and you’ll be greeted by vast, open, and serene waters — the lake surface is broad, clear, and mirror-like.

Hot Spring Hotel: With a construction area of 7,000 square meters, it is a three-star foreign-related hotel integrating dining, entertainment, and conferences. Facilities include guest rooms, restaurants, private dining rooms, meeting rooms, multi-function halls, entertainment rooms, and a business center.

The cuisine mainly features Dalian seafood, with special dishes including farmhouse cuisine, whole lamb series, and mountain delicacies series.

Reception capacity: The hotel can accommodate 122 people; villas can accommodate 283 people; the hot spring swimming pool can accommodate 500 people; the nightclub can accommodate 100 people.

Dining seats: Total capacity for over 1,000 diners. The Chengyuan Hall on the second floor can seat 350 people, the multi-function hall accommodates 500 people, and there are also 18 private rooms on the third floor.　

Beds: A total of 48 rooms, accommodating 405 people. Among them, the hotel: accommodates 122 people (2 single rooms, 30 triple rooms, 14 deluxe standard rooms, 2 deluxe suites); the villas: accommodate 283 people (16 elegant villas, 8 deluxe villas).

Meeting rooms: Can accommodate various sizes of meetings for up to 600 people simultaneously.
