The Shuangtuozhi Site is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

Era: Neolithic Age to Shang Dynasty

The Shuangtuozhi Site, located in Beihai Area, Houmuchengyi Village, Yingchengzi Town, Ganjingzi District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, is a site dating from the Neolithic Age to the Shang Dynasty. It was first discovered in the 1930s and excavated in 1964 by a joint Sino-Korean archaeological team. The Shuangtuozhi Site not only provides important data on the Bronze Age culture of the Dalian area, but also offers rich material for archaeological research in the Liaodong Peninsula and Northeast Asia.

In May 2013, it was designated and announced as part of the seventh batch of National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units by the State Council.

Protected Area: Within 150 meters to the east and north, and within 100 meters to the south and west, taking the protection marker as the center point.

Construction Control Zone: The area within 50 meters outside the protected area is classified as Class I Construction Control Zone, and the area within 100 meters outside the Class I Construction Control Zone is classified as Class II Construction Control Zone.
