Luoquanzi Reservoir

Luoquanzi Reservoir is located in Yanghe Town, southern Xiuyan, covering a water area of 370 square meters with a storage capacity of 60 million cubic meters. It is the largest reservoir in the Anshan area. Viewed from above, its shape resembles a giant ring, hence the name "Luoquanzi" (which means "Ring Back"). It is currently a national A-level scenic area.

The surrounding peaks are picturesque, with harmonious integration of mountains, water, and sky, offering pleasant scenery. Over ten species of freshwater fish, including grass carp, silver carp, and Wuchang bream, are bred in the reservoir. There are two resorts near the reservoir where visitors can enjoy activities such as fishing, shrimp catching, and surfing.

Transportation Tips:

1. Take a long-distance bus from the county town to Dandong or Donggang. (Departure times: 6:20 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:30 AM, 10:00 AM, and 2:00 PM). Get off at Dalei Building, the fare is 8 yuan, then walk 1.4 kilometers to reach the reservoir.

2. Take a local minibus from Xiuyan to Yanghe Town, get off in Yanghe Town, the fare is 7 yuan, then take a taxi to the scenic area, which costs around 20 yuan.
