DunTai Mountain Park

DunTai Mountain is located in the northern part of Yingkou Development Zone, at the northern section of Liaodong Bay Avenue and the western end of Shugang Road in the Economic and Technological Development Zone. It borders the Bohai Sea and Yingkou New Port to the west, and faces the new site of Ansteel to the north. With an elevation of 133 meters, the mountain is covered with lush vegetation and shaded by green trees. It gets its name from the ancient beacon tower built at the summit.

The western part of DunTai Mountain features an observation tower and a square platform, complete with landscape guardrails. The scenic area includes a circular sightseeing road that leads to the mountaintop, stretching 1,800 meters in total. The road is lined with pleasant scenery on both sides. DunTai Mountain Park is an ideal spot for leisure, fitness, connecting with nature, enjoying panoramic views, and cultivating one's mood.

The main structure of the observation tower is steel, standing 55 meters tall with three levels. The first floor houses the Development Zone History Museum, the second floor contains a leisure lounge, and the third floor features a scale model of the Development Zone’s urban planning. From the observation platform, visitors can enjoy a full view of the entire Development Zone, experiencing the feeling of “gazing into the distance and letting the spirit roam.”
