Yingkou’s “Yi Jiangnan Hot Spring Valley” was invested in and planned by Liaoning Zhongtai Group. It is located within the Xiongyue East Suburb Botanical Garden in the Yingkou Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering a total area of 420 acres. The first and second phases received an investment of 520 million yuan, with a total planned investment of around 1 billion yuan. It is a large-scale garden/orchard-style coastal hot spring cultural tourism project integrating leisure vacations, garden sightseeing, fruit picking, hot spring experiences, and a return to nature in harmony with the environment.

Conference Center

Covering a construction area of 2,960 square meters, it includes a multi-functional conference hall and seven medium and small meeting rooms, capable of hosting 500 guests for dining and conference services. The conference facilities are advanced, complete, and intelligent.

Senior Executive Building (Presidential Building)

With a construction area of 1,436 square meters, it is a luxurious six-room presidential villa that can accommodate important VIP guests. It offers deluxe banquet services, premium business meeting services, a private cinema, indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, rooftop scenic enjoyment, and 24-hour butler service, providing an experience that surpasses the ordinary and enjoys the prestige and honor befitting royalty.

Large Hot Spring Clubhouse

With a construction area of 16,000 square meters, the colorless, odorless, and crystal-clear hot spring water reaches a temperature of up to 90 degrees Celsius and is rich in over 200 mineral elements beneficial to human health. There are various types of baths including medicinal baths, flower baths, red wine baths, milk baths, coffee baths, and stone slab baths. There are over 90 indoor and outdoor hot spring pools in more than 40 different styles to meet the diverse needs and curiosity of guests. With a construction area of 370 square meters, the European-style teahouse located on the lake island in the botanical garden is classic and romantic. Large Garden Area

Covering a total area of 280,000 square meters, it was established in 1915. It is the earliest-established garden among China’s botanical gardens, featuring the most comprehensive collection of northern tree species and holding a certain level of influence both domestically and internationally. It is known as the “Asian Miniature Specimen Garden.” It preserves over 500 species of rare trees from Asia, Europe, and the Americas, spanning 62 families and 152 genera. The area is specifically divided into five sections: the Water Scenic Area, the Plant Viewing Area, the Fruit Picking Area, the Ecological Pasture, and the Tropical Dining Area.

Covering an area of 21,700 square meters, it includes Peacock Lake, the Lake Island, the Lakeside Villa, and the Thousand-Layer Rock Artificial Hill Waterfall.

Plant Viewing Area

Covering an area of 86,000 square meters, it includes 13 themed gardens such as the Peony Garden, Cherry Blossom Garden, Colorful Leaf Garden, Perennial Flower Garden, Hibiscus Garden, Lilac Garden, and Crabapple Garden.

Fruit Picking Area

With a total area of 60,000 square meters, it is a leisure tourism industry that combines modern agriculture with the tourism sector.

Ecological Pasture

Covering an area of 5,000 square meters, it includes areas such as the Peacock Garden, Wild Duck Garden, and Sika Deer Garden. Animals roam freely within the pasture—peacocks stroll through the woods, wild ducks play in the lake, offering visitors a feeling of being in the wilderness and returning to nature.

Tropical Dining Area

With a construction area of 9,800 square meters, it is a large ecological garden restaurant that combines four architectural styles: Suzhou garden, Gusu courtyard, Huizhou impression, and tropical ambiance. Indoor features include artificial rockeries, waterfalls, small bridges over flowing water, tropical plant displays, and the soothing sounds of classical music, providing guests with a year-round floral, scenic, and culturally relaxing dining environment.

Self-driving Route: (From Dalian) Take G201 - Shenhai Expressway - exit at Xiongyue Service Area and get on the ramp - follow the ramp for 530 meters, then turn right onto Shanhai Avenue - drive 2.3 kilometers on Shanhai Avenue, then turn right onto G202 - continue along G202 for 2.3 kilometers, make a left rear turn - drive 700 meters, then turn right - drive 460 meters, after passing Jinxing Village by about 140 meters, turn left - drive 1.5 kilometers to reach the destination (on the left side of the road).
