Guanghua Courtyard

Guanghua Courtyard is a cultural relic protection unit of Yingkou City.

Guanghua Courtyard is located at Huang Family Compound, Dongweili, Guanghua Community, Xiongyue Town, Bayuquan District. It consists of five main rooms, three wing rooms on each of the east and west sides, and five front gate rooms. The structure is built with brick and wood, featuring wooden doors and windows, all in the flush gable style. The main rooms have overhanging eaves supported by four eave pillars, while the front gate rooms include four doorways and four door foundation stones. This building is believed to have been constructed during the Qing Dynasty, covering an area of approximately 906 square meters. The structure is intact and well-preserved, representing the architectural style of local courtyards and holding historical value.

In 2012, the Yingkou Municipal People's Government (Ying Zheng [2012] No. 173) designated Guanghua Courtyard as a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit. The cultural relic protection scope and construction control zone announced by the Yingkou Municipal People's Government (Ying Zheng [2013] No. 185) are as follows: the protection scope includes an area within 5 meters east, 5 meters west, 5 meters south, and 5 meters north of the outer wall base of Guanghua Courtyard; the Class I construction control zone extends 10 meters south, 10 meters east, 10 meters north, and 10 meters west beyond the protection scope.
