Jiufeng Town is a well-known local destination for flower appreciation, named after the nine peaks within the town. Every spring, the area is covered with blooming peach, pear, rapeseed, and plum flowers, creating a captivating sight.

Most of the best flower-viewing spots in town are scattered across several villages. Pingshi Village is very close to Jiufeng Town, while Chailiao Village is arguably the most famous, with vast, stunning expanses of pink, white, and yellow blooms. Shanglang Village not only offers beautiful flower seas but also features more historic residential buildings.

When visiting Jiufeng Town, besides enjoying the scenery, you can also try local cured meats, free-range chicken, and dried radishes. The area is also known as the "Fruit Kingdom of Northern Guangdong," and has registered the "Jiufeng Mountain" trademark. Fruits such as plums, peaches, and pears are fresh and delicious.
