The Somerset Rural Life Museum is situated in the town of Glastonbury in Somerset, England, inside a 14th-century barn that was formerly part of Glastonbury Abbey. It served as a tithe barn, commonly used for storing wheat and rye harvested from the abbey’s 524-acre farm. Additionally, it housed agricultural machinery, including threshing machines and winnowing machines. The barn is primarily constructed from locally sourced limestone and has been designated as a Grade I listed building in the UK.

The Somerset Rural Life Museum and its courtyard display a variety of agricultural machinery from the Victorian era and early 20th century. Other exhibits include locally made handicrafts such as tools used in willow coppicing, eel fishing, and peat digging, as well as displays of produce like milk, cheese, and cider, which visitors can sample. The courtyard features a beehive, as well as rare breeds of poultry and sheep.
