Iscarruapi Island is an island in the San Blas Archipelago, located one mile off the Caribbean coast of Panama. The San Blas Archipelago consists of about 400 small islands that are largely uninhabited and incredibly pristine. Among them, Iscarruapi Island is only about the size of a football field and is covered in beaches.

Iscarruapi Island boasts smooth, stunning beaches, emerald-green waters, a beachfront lodge, and a dinner accompanied by a beautiful sunset. Visitors here should not miss the lodge-organized boat adventure upriver through the jungle—a thrilling and exciting journey. Since Iscarruapi Island is quite small and has only one lodge, Sapibenega Kuna Lodge remains the only accommodation option for travelers; however, guests can choose what they eat for each meal, which may include lobster, octopus, and a variety of fish. Additionally, spending time swinging in a hammock by a waterfall is also a great choice.
