Dunn's River Falls is located near Ocho Rios. Legend has it that in 1657, Spain and Britain fought a battle over this island. As one of Jamaica’s fastest-growing tourist destinations, Dunn's River Falls is truly unique and is also considered one of Jamaica’s national treasures. The 300-meter-high waterfall cascades down in terraced layers, almost like a staircase leading to the top, with lagoons interspersed among the smaller falls.

The small dome-shaped flows are often associated with thermal activity in limestone caves. Globally, it is as famous and thrilling as rock climbing. Dunn's River Falls is indeed one of the most beautiful attractions on the island. It is the only seaside waterfall in the Caribbean and one of the few waterfalls in the world that flows directly into the sea. Dunn's River Falls empties into the Caribbean Sea. Each year, it attracts thousands of tourists from around the world. Climbing the falls is the most popular activity. The sight of thousands of people scaling this terraced waterfall together is truly spectacular.
