The Malacca Rotating Tower is a newly developed attraction in Malacca, opened to visitors in 2008. The tower was constructed to offer tourists a better vantage point, allowing them to take in panoramic views of the entire city — making it the only rotating tower in Malaysia.

The rotating tower stands 80 meters tall, with a ride duration of about 8 minutes as it completes a full 360-degree rotation. It can accommodate up to 66 passengers at a time, giving visitors a 360-degree view of the historic city of Malacca. As the tower gradually ascends from the ground, your field of vision will steadily expand. Once you reach the top, you’ll notice how cars suddenly appear toy-like, the usually uneven rooftops align neatly and orderly, and even the often-overlooked lawns become strikingly eye-catching.
