Caulfield Racecourse, located in Melbourne, Australia, is one of the country’s most famous horse racing venues and is often referred to by local racing enthusiasts as “The Heath.” It is situated approximately 8 kilometers from the Melbourne city center, at the border of the Caulfield and southeastern suburbs of Melbourne, and also serves as the headquarters of the Melbourne Racing Club.

The overall layout of Caulfield Racecourse is triangular, with a perimeter of 2,080 meters and grass-covered tracks. It features three straight sections, each 30 meters wide, with the final straight stretching 367 meters. All bends have varying degrees of curvature, ranging from 4% to 6%, and races are typically run in an anti-clockwise direction. The Rupert Clarke Stand, adjacent to the racecourse, is entirely constructed of glass, allowing spectators to continuously enjoy the full race while cheering and celebrating.
