Jiacun Wenshu Temple

Jiacun Wenshu Temple is a cultural relic protection unit of Dai County.

Jiacun Wenshu Temple is located in Jiacun Village, Yukou Township, Dai County. Its founding date is unknown. According to an inscription in the temple, it was renovated in the 11th year of the Xianfeng reign during the Qing Dynasty (1861), and the current structure dates back to the Qing Dynasty. The temple faces south and covers an area of 660 square meters. It has a single-courtyard layout, with only the main hall remaining on the central axis, flanked by the east side hall and east and west wing rooms. The main hall stands on a stone platform that is 10.4 meters wide, 9.7 meters deep, and 0.45 meters high. The hall has three bays in width and six rafters in depth, with a single-eave hanging gable roof and a seven-rafter front porch structure. The front eaves of the central and side bays are fitted with four-panel lattice doors. One Qing Dynasty renovation stele is preserved in the temple.
