Wenchang Shrine on Northeast Street is a cultural heritage site protected by Dai County.

Wenchang Shrine on Northeast Street is located on the north side of East Main Street in Northeast Street Village, Shangguan Town, Dai County. According to the Guangxu-era *Daizhou Annals*, it was built during the Ming Dynasty and was renovated multiple times in the first year of the Yongzheng reign (1732), the 44th year of the Qianlong reign (1779), and the 23rd year of the Jiaqing reign (1818) of the Qing Dynasty. Only the main hall remains today, a structure from the Qing Dynasty. It faces south with its back to the north and covers an area of 236 square meters. The stone platform foundation is 17.2 meters wide, 15.4 meters deep, and 0.6 meters high. The hall has five bays in width and four rafters in depth, featuring a single-eave hip-and-gable roof and a five-rafter front-and-rear corridor-style framework. The front eaves include a gabled wing, though the interior fittings have been altered. Two Qing Dynasty renovation steles still exist. Located at the northeast corner of the county town and adjacent to the main street, it enjoys convenient transportation.
