Memorial Pavilion of Premier Zhou Enlai in Mangshi

The Memorial Pavilion of Premier Zhou Enlai is located within the Mengbanaxi Exotic Flora and Fauna Garden. It was built in 1956 to commemorate the visit of Premier Zhou Enlai and Vice Premier He Long to Myanmar, during which they traveled to Mangshi together with Myanmar Prime Minister U Ba Swe to join a celebration of friendship between the peoples of the two countries. The pavilion stands 27 meters tall and features a blend of Dai ethnic characteristics and Burmese architectural styles.

Admission: 30 RMB for entry to the Exotic Flora and Fauna Garden, free entry to the memorial pavilion

Getting There: Visitors can first travel to Dehong Prefecture, then take a tourist bus from the Dehong West Bus Station to Luxi City. After arriving in Luxi City, the site can be reached on foot.
