The Guizhou Xifeng International Mountain Camping Experience Base is situated in the Yanglang area of Yongjing Town, Xifeng County, near the Xifeng Concentration Camp Revolutionary History Memorial Hall. Also known as the Guiyang (Xifeng) “Happy Little Station” self-drive tour camp, it is an innovative tourism product jointly developed by the Guiyang Tourism, Culture and Sports Investment Group, the People’s Government of Xifeng County, and the Guiyang Tourism Development Commission. It is the first automobile self-drive and self-service tour camp in Guizhou Province.

This project is one of the key initiatives for Xifeng County in hosting the opening ceremony of the 2012 China · Guiyang Summer Resort Season and the 6th Guiyang Tourism Development Conference, and served as the main venue for the conference. The planned land area for the project is 450 mu, with an estimated total investment of 95 million yuan. It is scheduled to be implemented in two phases. The first phase covers a land area of 160 mu, with an investment of nearly 40 million yuan. Major construction includes an auto plaza (cinema), an artificial lake, a reception center, a multi-functional hall, a youth hostel, facilities for red-themed expansion activities, a star-rated tourist toilet, a train-themed bar (dining, bar, lodge), and leisure wooden cabins.

Currently, the main structures such as the camp reception center, multi-functional hall (conference center), star-rated toilet, youth hostel, train-themed bar (bar, restaurant, lodge), artificial lake, auto plaza, landscape greening, environmental lighting, square LED display, and road pipeline infrastructure have been completed. The second phase of the project is currently in the design stage, and the camp has officially opened to the public.
