The Tomb of Cai Puhua in Yanglongsi is a cultural relics protection unit of Xifeng County.

The Tomb of Cai Puhua in Yanglongsi is situated on the mountainside of Guanshan Fort in the Exit Group of Bashang Village, Yanglongsi Town. It was announced as a county-level cultural relics protection unit in 1984. During the Tang Dynasty, Cai Chonglong was ordered to suppress the Baidong Gelao King Azha and was appointed as the Right Army Commander-in-Chief and concurrently the Pacification General. After being passed down for several centuries, the title was inherited by Cai Puhua. In the sixth year of the Hongwu reign of the Ming Dynasty (1373), the "Yanglongkeng Suzheng and Other Places Chiefdom Office" established during the Yuan Dynasty was renamed the "Yanglong Chiefdom Office," and Cai Puhua was appointed as its chief. He died in the ninth year of the Hongwu reign (1376) and was buried here. The tomb faces southwest from the northeast, is an earthen mound, 1.5 meters high, and 5 meters in diameter. There was originally a damaged stele, which the Cai clan had buried within the tomb during a soil reinforcement. In 1985, descendants of Cai Puhua erected a stone stele 2.3 meters high and 1.33 meters wide, with a bas-relief of two dragons playing with a pearl on the top. The tomb holds certain value for the study of local Tusi culture.

It covers a total area of 9.01 square kilometers, with a total cultivated land area of 1,840 mu, including 895 mu of paddy fields and 945 mu of dry land. There are 567 households, a total population of 2,367, including 20 non-agricultural residents. The village has 32 Party members, including 4 female Party members and 28 male Party members.
