The Tomb of Cai Xinglong in Yanglongsi is a cultural heritage site protected at the county level in Xifeng County.

The Tomb of Cai Xinglong in Yanglongsi is located in Shuitoubapu Group, Xiaobao Village, Xishan Town, Xifeng County, and was designated as a county-level cultural heritage site in 1984. Cai Xinglong, originally from Rong County, Guangxi, was dispatched during the Five Dynasties period to suppress the ethnic groups in Heiyangqing and was rewarded for his achievements, receiving the title of Protectorate General. His descendants were later granted hereditary local official positions. The tomb is enclosed by an earthen mound and concrete, with a roughly square-shaped earthen burial mound that resembles a hill, measuring 11.1 meters in length, 9.8 meters in width, and heights that gradually decrease from 1.5 meters to 0.5 meters. The memorial stele is a three-plaque, four-pillar, three-arch stone structure, standing 2.15 meters tall and 2.6 meters wide. It was erected in the seventh year of the Xianfeng era (1857), and during the Cultural Revolution, the stele pillars were damaged. In 1995, clan members contributed funds for its restoration. This tomb holds certain historical significance for the study of the history and Tusi culture of the Guiyang region.
