Shanxi Gaotianshan Hunting Co., Ltd., approved by the Shanxi Provincial Forestry Department and Public Security Department, is a joint-stock enterprise under the Lüliangshan Forest Management Bureau, operating three hunting areas.

The Shima Gou Hunting Area is located within the Lüliangshan National Primitive Forest, at the junction of Xixian, Jiaokou, and Fenxi counties, and spans three forest farms: Xiaoli, Shangzhuang, and Seedling Garden. It is divided into three zones: Shiyao, ? Gou, and Mengliangzhai, covering a hunting area of 87,000 hectares. The forest coverage rate in the area exceeds 95%, making it the most abundant wildlife hunting ground in Shanxi. Its favorable natural conditions provide an ideal habitat for a wide variety of wild animals and birds.

Hundreds of species of wildlife, including wild boar, roe deer, goat, fox, wolf, badger, forest musk deer, hare, and pheasant, roam through this forest wilderness. Rare national first-class protected animals such as the leopard and brown eared pheasant also appear from time to time in this mysterious animal kingdom. The hunting area offers comprehensive management and accommodation facilities, providing hunters with exceptional environments and conditions.
