Xiayong Nature Reserve

Xiayong Nature Reserve is located in Xiayong Village, Guxue Township, Derong County, Sichuan Province. It is a vast labyrinth within the Sun Valley of western China, blending high mountain gorges, snow-capped mountains and meadows, lakes and forests, as well as rare birds and animals. The area is rich in caterpillar fungus, fritillaria, matsutake mushrooms, and is known as a place where immortals reside.
