Longcanggou Diecui Stream Scenic Area is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Longcanggou is located 30 kilometers southeast of Yingjing County, covering a total area of 7,573.8 hectares. The mountains are gently undulating, forming smooth and graceful curves. The park contains the Renshen Stream, Longcanggou, and the Machi River system, which together create a rich landscape of clear streams, cascading waterfalls, deep pools, and plunging falls, among which the Tianshengqiao Waterfall is the most famous. In winter, the Mandarin Duck Waterfall becomes a silver curtain, resembling a fairy-tale world. The area features diverse vegetation types and a complete vertical zonation, offering rich plant landscapes. These include evergreen broad-leaved forests, mixed evergreen and deciduous broad-leaved forests, coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forests, subalpine dark coniferous forests, planted forests, dove tree forests, rhododendron forests, isolated woodlands, and deadwood scenery. There are 450 species of woody plants from 216 genera and 77 families, along with 14 types of edible fungi resources—especially morel mushrooms, Sichuan Ganoderma, Gastrodia elata, and Auricularia auricula—which have high culinary and medicinal value. The dense forests are home to over 40 species of vertebrates from 18 families across 7 orders, commonly including river deer, forest musk deer, wild boars, red pandas, blue sheep, mountain hares, Lady Amherst’s pheasants, and golden pheasants. Rare and protected animals such as giant pandas and takins also occasionally appear. Clouds, mist, and snowy landscapes form the main atmospheric sights. Winter icefalls, ice pools, and snow-draped trees create their own unique scenes. The park is surrounded by overlapping peaks, with the sweeping view of Mount Wawu in the distance offering a panoramic sight of Yingjing County. Cultural attractions such as Taihu Temple, the ancient site of Yandao City, Kaishan Temple, and remnants of the Red Army complement the natural beauty of the forest park.
