Address: Dongyi Village, Chengjiaochuan Office, 5 km southeast of Lucheng City

The temple’s founding date is unknown. It was renovated multiple times during the Jin, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties. The existing main hall is a remnant from the Jin Dynasty, while the stage dates back to the Qing Dynasty.

The temple faces south and has a two-courtyard layout, with a central axis that includes the mountain gate, stage, and main hall, flanked by side halls and wing rooms. The main hall is three bays wide and six rafters deep, with a single-eave hanging gable roof. Inside, the four-rafter beam frame is exposed, featuring refined craftsmanship. The spacious front porch is supported by brackets. The extension continues:
