Xijie Community is situated in the urban area of Lucheng City and was one of the original four downtown streets of the former county seat. The community hosts public institutions such as Gongjian Factory and others, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises including Zhuoyue Cement Plant and Lucheng Grand Hotel. The current community Party branch and residents' committee team consists of seven members: Chen Zhonghua serves as the Party branch secretary, and Xu Laishuan as the residents' committee director.
