The Xian Site is a cultural heritage protection site of Lucheng District.

The Xian Site is located to the north of Xian Village, Huangniuti Township, Lucheng District, Changzhi City, dating back to the Neolithic Age and the Han Dynasty.

The Xian Site is a county-level cultural heritage protection site of Lucheng District.

Protected Area: Extends 50 meters outward from the boundary of the Xian Site in all directions—east, west, south, and north.

Construction Control Zone: Extends 100 meters outward from the boundary of the protected area.

Xian Village: Xian Village is located 22 kilometers east of Lucheng City, bordering Pingshun County. Provincial roads He-Lu Line and Chang-Xian Line run through the village, giving it a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The village has 320 households with a population of 1,142, including 34 Party members. There are over 200 villagers working outside the village. The arable land covers more than 2,200 mu, with crops including sweet corn, soybeans, wheat, and millet; there is also associated animal husbandry. The village is abundant in persimmons and walnuts.
