Yan Ting Wenxing Temple

Yan Ting Wenxing Temple is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

Wenxing Temple is located in Group 5, Exi Village, Anjia Town, built during the Ming Dynasty. It faces southwest and covers an area of 630 square meters. The temple has a rectangular layout, with a width of three bays totaling 12.3 meters and a depth of 12.5 meters. The front hall features a 10-step stairway with a hanging belt design, and inside the hall there is a mural titled as painted on November 4th of the 4th year of the Yongzheng era (1726). The structure uses a post-and-lintel beam frame, with seven bracket sets preserved under the eaves. There are collar ties both in the front and back, and the wooden structure features a hip-and-gable roof covered with small blue tiles.

In July 2012, the People's Government of Sichuan Province designated Wenxing Temple as a Provincial-Level Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

On October 7, 2019, Yan Ting Wenxing Temple was included in the eighth batch of National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units.

Protected Area: 30 meters east to Fenzui Mountain, 100 meters south to the outer wall extension, west to the village road, and 50 meters north to the outer wall extension.

Construction Control Zone: 30 meters beyond the protected area.
