Dragon-Phoenix Valley is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Sichuan Province.

Western Flower Capital Dragon-Phoenix Valley is situated in Aoyu Village, Xinnong Township, approximately 4 kilometers from the county seat of Yan Ting. It lies adjacent to the Xinnong Township government to the north, adjoins Baihu Village of Lianghe Town to the west, faces the direction of the county town to the east, and gazes across the river toward Xinmin Village of Lianghe Town to the south. Covering a total area of over 1,000 acres—including 83 acres of commercial space—the project anticipates an investment of 350 million RMB. This initiative in Yan Ting aims to develop a rural tourism destination that integrates the culture of Leizu, leisure, sightseeing, and floriculture.
