Pengnan Martyrs' Cemetery is a cultural tourism attraction and a classic red tourism site.

Pengnan Martyrs' Cemetery — a patriotic education base in Suining City — is located atop Linjia Mountain in Pengnan Town, Pengxi County. This memorial was built to commemorate the revolutionary martyrs who sacrificed their lives during the suppression of the reactionary armed force known as the Nine Route Army in 1950. The cemetery was completed in 1953 and restored in 1983. Facing south and situated to the north, it features a memorial monument, martyrs' tombs, and retaining walls. The monument is square-shaped, standing 8 meters tall. The martyrs’ tombs are circular, with a diameter of 5 meters. The tombstones are composed of a main wall with four embedded pillars; the central panel is inscribed with the names of the martyrs, while the side panels feature ten commemorative poems. The retaining wall has an elliptical layout. The stairway follows the contour of the mountain, with winding paths shaded by bamboo and cypress trees. Standing atop the hill with its towering monument, the cemetery symbolizes the noble spirit of the martyrs.

In 1990, it was designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit by the People's Government of Pengxi County.
