Introduction: Located at the former site of Xiángfèng Elementary School in Xiàsì Village, Míngfèng Town, Jingwu Temple faces east and covers a construction area of 228 square meters, with an approximate land area of 500 square meters. It has a traditional Chinese courtyard layout. The current structures include the front hall and the main hall. Both halls feature wooden post-and-lintel beam frameworks with single-eave gable-and-hip roofs. The front hall sits on a plain platform that is 1 meter high; it has a five-rafter beam system, featuring double single-step beams to the front and rear supported by four columns. The hall spans three bays in width (13 m) and three bays in depth (7.6 m), with an overall height of 9.8 m, eaves height of 3.5 m, and old eave pillar height of 4 m. The main hall is built on a stone-slab platform that is 0.23 m high; it features six rafters and four bracket arms with front and rear “rǔfú zhāqiān” beams supported by four columns. There are 14 brackets under the eaves, constructed in the five-puzuo style. The hall spans two bays in width (10 m) and three bays in depth (12.9 m), with an overall height of 7.7 m, eaves height of 3.5 m, eave pillars 4.8 m high, 0.31 m in diameter, and resting on octagonal bases. The central ridge beam of the main hall bears the inscription “Newly built in the third year of the Jǐngtài era of the Ming Dynasty,” while the ridge beam of the front hall is inscribed with “Built in the 14th year of the Dàoguāng era.”
