Tianling Temple

Tianling Temple is a cultural heritage site protected by Pengxi County.

Tianling Temple was built in the 40th year of the Kangxi reign during the Qing Dynasty (1701) and is classified as an ancient architectural structure.

On September 3, 2012, Tianling Temple was designated as part of the fifth batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Pengxi County.

Protected area: Group 10, Buying Village, Hongjiang Town.

Hongjiang Town: Located on the northern bank of the Fu River, Hongjiang Town is just 44 kilometers from Pengxi County. It lies at latitude 30°40′ north and longitude 105°16′ east, bordered by Qunli Township of our county and Tangjia Township of Chuanshan District to the east, facing Huima Town of Daying County across the river to the south, adjacent to Tuopai Town (Liushu Town) of Shehong County to the west, and connected to Tianfu Town to the north. Major crops include corn and rice.
