The area around the Nan Song Culture Street is planned and positioned as a high-quality urban residential and leisure activity center that integrates living, dining, and commercial services, aiming to stimulate urban vitality and achieve coordinated development of economic, social, and environmental benefits. The theme of the culture street is centered on reflecting the culture of the Nan Song Dynasty. The buildings along the street adopt the traditional sloped roof style of the region, with facades finished using traditional materials. Exterior walls are clad in gray brick, while roofs are covered with gray tubular tiles. The exterior features a significant amount of wooden decorative elements, creating a unique, classic-style architectural character. At the same time, modern materials such as steel and glass are used to give the buildings a contemporary touch, resulting in a district that exudes both traditional cultural ambiance and a sense of modernity.

The main body of the commercial buildings along the culture street consists of three stories, with some having a third-floor roof terrace. This not only provides a resting platform but also creates a varied, staggered architectural form. Considering the use of architectural space, a frame structure is employed. The ground floor mainly houses shopping areas and restaurants, while the second and third floors are primarily dedicated to dining and recreational entertainment venues.
