Jade Belt Gorge Love Flower Valley

The Jade Belt Gorge scenic area in Cangxi County is located in Jinshan Village, Yuanba Town, Cangxi County, 25 kilometers from the county seat. It spans a planned area of 30 square kilometers and is situated within the valley region of Yuanba Town, Zhongtu Town, Baiyi Town, and Fangshan Township in Langzhong City. The gorge stretches over 30 kilometers, centered around the Dakeng River, a tributary of the Jialing River’s Songjiang water system. The scenic area features crystal-clear streams, stunning natural landscapes, and over 50 species of wildlife. Its valleys wind like a jade-green ribbon, appearing and disappearing along the winding course – hence the name “Jade Belt Gorge.” Known as the “Little Jiuzhaigou of Northern Sichuan,” the scenic area covers a planned area of approximately 30 square kilometers, with an estimated total investment of one billion yuan. It is being developed to meet the standards of a national AAAA-level tourist attraction. The project plans to build six water-retaining dams, construct a hundred-mile-long corridor that aims to break the Guinness World Record, develop ancient sites such as the Dragon Cave, and build a large-scale water park and amusement center. The goal is to establish an international tourism and holiday destination with the capacity to accommodate 5,000 visitors per day for lodging and 20,000 for dining.
