In 2012, the Former Site of the Cangxi County Committee of the Sichuan-Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China was designated as part of the eighth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Heritage Protection Units by the People’s Government of Sichuan Province.
Protected Area: Centered around the "Wenchang Palace," extending 15 meters east and west, and 23 meters south and north.
Construction Control Zone: Extending 35 meters beyond the Protected Area.
